Changes have been made to the way counter services are offered by the Ontario government.
Walk-in counter services formerly provided by Ministry of Natural Resources district offices are now offered at any of the 68 ServiceOntario Government Information Centres.
You may also make an appointment at your local ministry district office for ministry services such as specialty Licences and Authorizations by contacting the Natural Resources Information Centre at 1-800-667-1940.
