Indicator Graphs

The Indicator Graphs are intended to provide an update on low water conditions within the province and are not intended to indicate drought or areas that are confirmed to be at one of the Three Levels of Low Water Conditions . A monthly summary of the flow graphs is also provided. The legend provides an explanation of terminology.

NOTE: The Flow graph should be used in conjunction with the Flow Conditions Summary Report.

Flow Legend:
Mean -the mean daily flow for the month indicated, for the period of record
Maximum -the maximum mean daily flow ever recorded for the month.
Minimum - the minimum mean daily flow ever recorded for the month.
2009 - represents recorded flow data for current year to date.
2008 - data for entire year retained for comparison.
1997 - recorded average mean daily flows for 1999 (considered a dry year), used for comparison.
