Appeals from a refusal by the Minister of Natural Resources involving the renewal of an existing aggregate permit are heard by the Mining and Lands Commissioner. The appeal will result in a recommendation to the Minister after a hearing.
The official version of the Orders of the Mining and Lands Commissioner and the Deputy Mining and Lands Commissioner is the signed original in the Office file. In the event that there is a question about content, the original in the Office file takes precedence.
