When issuing an export permit, the "age of the animal" requires a mandatory age be selected from the drop-down. When the age is not known (as may be the case with bear), please select "99" as the value. This will allow you to complete the transaction.

After printing the Export Permit (and sub-permits if required), be sure to note:

• Name of the Harvester
• Portion or amount to be exported (examples)
  • Whole animal
  • Quarter
  • Cut and wrapped
  • Antlers
  • Head
  • Skull with/without teeth
  • Hide
  • Hide with/without claws (bear only)
  • ___kg of meat

For non-residents hunting with an immediate relative, enter the transaction number of the resident's Bear Licence into the "Resident Hunting Licence No." field
