Boating: Larger boats are accommodated here. Docking may or may not be available. Most areas with boat launch facilities accommodate larger boats. Please contact the facility if you are unsure if your boat will be accommodated. When boating, always wear a personal flotation device.

Boat Launch: Boat Launch facilities are available. Parking may or may not be available for trailers. Fees may be required for launching and/or parking.

Canoeing: Canoes/kayaks are accommodated here. Docking may or may not be available. Most areas with boat launch facilities accommodate canoes/kayaks. Many areas with access to water can accommodate canoes/kayaks but you may have to carry to the shore from your vehicle. Please do not drag your canoe/kayak along the grass.

Day Use: Picnic tables and/or benches are available for day use. Other dayuse activities such as hiking trails may also be available depending on the area.

Fees involved: Fees for use of boat launch, admission to day use areas or parking are required. Fees vary, please use the contacts listed to enquire on the fees.

Fishing: Fishing from shore is available. Docks and/or fishing piers may or may not be available. Most areas with boat launch facilities also offer fishing from shore. When fishing with small children ensure that an adult is present and that proper safety precautions are taken.

Playground: Children's playground facilities are available for use. Please ensure that children are well supervised during play.

Rentals: Rentals of canoes and/or kayaks are available. Use the contact information to enquire about rates. In some areas rental of fishing equipment, through the tackle share program (no fee), is also available.

Toilets: Toilets are available. Flush toilets and washroom facilities may or may not be available. In some areas toilets are located in park buildings and are only available when park programs are being offered. |
