Directions: From Highway #417 (the Queensway) take the Vanier Parkway/Riverside Drive exit. Take Riverside Drive south past Hunt Club where the name changes to River Road. Travel approximately 9.5 km and look for the Nichol's Island Road sign
on the right hand side of the road. Located along River Road north of Manotick.
Description: Parks Canada lockstations provide beautiful parks to spend the day picnicking and fishing. A large area with suitable parking for day use with washrooms, and pay telephones available. A wheelchair accessible fishing platform is a nice feature of this lockstation park.

Walter Upton-Collins Park
Directions: From Highway #417 (the Queensway) take the Vanier Parkway/Riverside Drive exit. Take Riverside Drive south past Hunt Club where the name changes to River Road. Travel approximately 11 km and look for the park sign on the right hand side of the road. Located along River Road north of Manotick and south of Long Island Locks.
Description: This park has great shoreline access for fishing. Docks are available for canoe-kayak enthusiasts traveling along the Rideau that need a place to stop and picnic. Washrooms, picnic tables, and children’s playground are some of the great features of this park. There is no fee for access and there is limited parking available. Also close to the village of Manotick for summertime treats.

Rideau Township Marina
Directions: From Highway #416, take Bankfield/Brophy exit and travel east to lights. Continue east to Rideau Valley Drive or Main Street in Manotick. Turn right (south) and then turn left (east) on Bridge Street. Located on the southwest side of the
eastern bridge in Manotick.
Description: An easily accessible launch with good parking and docks. A fee for launch use is paid at the swimming pool.
