Once you've decided that fishing in Ontario is something you are going to do, your first step is to get an Outdoors Card and licence.
Depending on your residency you may require:
- an Ontario resident Outdoors Card and fishing licence
- a non-resident Outdoors Card and a Canadian resident fishing licence
OR - a non-resident Outdoors Card and a non-Canadian fishing licence.
