Fishing Regulations for the Specially Designated Waters of Lake Simcoe

The Lake Simcoe SDW is managed by exception within the regulations of FMZ 16.
Major differences in regulation include different lake trout and lake whitefish fishing seasons, perch and lake whitefish catch and possession limits as well as year round closed seasons for muskellunge and lake herring (cisco).
