EAGLE LAKE FACTS

Area: 27 500 hectares (67,953 acres) Maximum depth: 34 metres (112 feet)
Eagle Lake is one of the largest lakes in Zone 5. Vermilion Bay is located on the northern tip of the lake.
Night fishing is not permitted.

Smelt may not be possessed or used as bait. Non-residents camping on Crown land must follow Conservation Fishing Licence limits. No angling at night for any species.

Portions of Eagle Lake and associated waters including Whiteclay Narrows, Brule Narrows, Niven Bay, Bunyon Lake, Godson Creek, Kekewa Creek, Wawapus Creek, Bear Narrows, Froghead Bay, Rice Bay, Violet Lake, One Mile Rapids, Two Mile Rapids, Meridian Bay.		Fish sanctuary – no fishing from Apr. 1 to May 31.
