How do I get a Canadian resident Outdoors Card if I have never had one before?

Canadian Resident Temporary Outdoors Cards and Applications, and the following fishing licence tags are available from more than 1,800 licence issuers across Ontario:

These licences are effective immediately when they accompany a Canadian Resident Temporary Outdoors Card and Application, and are valid for fishing until the end of the calendar year. You will automatically be mailed the plastic three-year Outdoors Card by the end of the calendar year.
