The LIO Warehouse contains more than 250 layers of geographic information. These layers are available for download by members of LIO’s Data Exchange. All Data Exchange members are provided with a username and password to download data from the LIO Warehouse. If you are not a member of the Data Exchange and would like to access data, please contact us at (705) 755-1878 or by email at lio@ontario.ca.

LIO also makes more than 40 of the 250 data sets in the LIO Warehouse available to the general public. These data sets are available for direct download from the following data resellers:

GeoBase
First Base Solutions

Users may also access data sets at no cost through LIO by signing an unrestricted use agreement with the Ministry of Natural Resources (MNR). Once an agreement has been signed by both parties, a user name and password will be supplied to access these data sets from the LIO Warehouse. Please note that MNR does not provide technical support for this data.
