Forest Publication - Common Pests of Trees in Ontario

More Information

Preface

The main features of the habits and lifecycles of pests are outlined in order that the reader will better understand the reasons for taking steps in any effort to control a specific pest. Unless otherwise indicated, all pests discussed in this publication are considered to be native to Ontario.

Pesticides and pest control recommendations are outlined in Appendix C. Because the regulatory status, use-pattern, and availability of control materials are subject to change or discontinuation at any time, Appendix C will be revised and updated as necessary.
