MNR has initiated the formal process to seek amendments to the conditions of Declaration Orders MNR-71 and MNR-74 concurrently, in accordance with the amendment provisions of those declaration orders. MNR has posted an Information Notice on the Environmental Registry seeking comments on MNR’s suggested amendments prior to a submission of a request for amendments to the Ministry of the Environment.
