Abreviations: SFL - Sustainable Forest Licence, CR - Crown Managed, AFA - Algonquin Forest Authority, TBD - To Be Determined, C - Contingency Plan, FMP - Forest Management Plan, E- Plan Extension

 

Notes:

  1. The Abitibi River Forest is implementing a 1 year contingency plan (2012-2013). The FMP (2012-2122) is scheduled to be finalized for implementation in 2013.
  2. The Big Pic Forest was scheduled to implement Phase II in 2012 but has been delayed to 2013.
  3. The Pic River Forest (965) is a new management unit resulting from the amalgamation of the Black River (370) and Pic River Ojibway (851) Forests (2013-2023 FMP).
  4. The Whiskey Jack Crown unit had a 3 year contingency plan (2009-2012) and is implementing another 2-year continggency plan (2012-2014) bridging to the approval of the new FMP (2012-2022).
  5. The Whitefeather Forest Declaration Order (MNR-74) was approved on April 18, 2009 and was designated as a management unit in 2010. The first FMP for the Whitefeather Forest was approved in 2012. The SFL will be issued prior to implementation.
