What Happens Next

Draft policies will be written, using comments from Phase 1, for the Cervid Ecological Framework, Moose Population Objectives, and Moose Population Management.  The drafts will be posted on the Environmental Bill of Rights (EBR) website this fall/early winter.  Public comments about the drafts will be considered for the final policies, which are expected in 2009.

Any specific regulation changes for particular Wildlife Management Units will have separate consultation outside of the Moose Review.  This may begin in 2009.
