Density of Bears in Ontario
More Information
Black bears are found throughout most of Ontario, from close to Lake Ontario in the south to the Hudson Bay coast in the north. The highest densities of bears in Ontario are found in areas such as the Chapleau Crown Game Preserve and Algonquin Provincial Park.
