Aggregate Resources Policy Manual

The Aggregate Resources Program Policies and Internal Procedures Manual provides guidance on the implementation of the Aggregate Resources Act. The policies in the manual provide direction, interpretation and clarification of aspects of the act and its supporting regulations, including the Provincial Standards. The policies are intended to assist aggregate operators, members of the public, municipalities, consultants, stakeholders and government staff. The internal procedures are generally for the use of Ministry of Natural Resources staff, although they may be of interest to other parties who want to know more about the ministry’s administrative processes.
